No decrease in debts

As you said I am chanting “MUSTARD, GORSE, FIND COUNT NOW DIVINE”. But, there is no decrease in debts, and they are still increasing.

I have applied for a government job and I want to get this job as it will solve many of our financial problems.

Pls tell me a switch word for getting the call for interview and getting this job.
