Business got flopped

I am married and I am 47 years old. Wife is a dentist by profession. Daughter studying in 3rd standard and son is 3 years old.

I started business and got flopped. Now, I have a debt to the tune of 75 lakhs.

I am with a trust which is building a huge Shiva temple. I am front-ending the projects. I want many devotees to participate. I want this project to be successful.

I want an immediate result. Please can you help me to create a mindset in me that I can do it? And completely clear my debt.
