Sale of land is not happening

I have debts to the tune of 30 lakhs, which I had taken to start my business. But, the business is not progressing well. The expenses are more than the income.

I am intending to repay the debts by selling my land but the sale is not happening. Customers are asking for half the existing prices.

I am presently chanting Lalitham mantras daily 108 times, is it ok. Please guide me.
